Make sure that the headset light control is turned on.
Check whether the power supply of the headset is normal, and ensure that the headset can be turned on and off normally.
Confirm the interface of the headset and the interface of the computer are no dirty. Please keep the interface clean to prevent poor contact.
If the headsets have batteries, they should be charged in time to ensure that the batteries have enough power. If the battery power is too low, the headsets would work abnormally.

What should I do if the microphone is not picking up any sound?

Please check if the microphone is muted. If it is muted, unmute it.

Wipe off any dirt or debris from the microphone and reinsert the 3.5mm interface.
Connect the headset directly to a phone to test if the microphone is functioning properly.

How do I enable the microphone?

To enable the microphone, access your computer's sound devices in the hardware section of the control panel and select the headset's microphone as the input device.
Ensure that the mute switch on the microphone is turned off.
